Giving Opportunities at Emory School of Medicine

Vice President for Research, WHSC

The Emory School of Medicine offers students an unparalleled educational and clinical experience. From their first lecture, students receive valuable opportunities to learn from a wide range of world-class physician-scientists.

Support from alumni, parents, and friends enables Emory medical students to work with practicing physicians to serve a variety of patient populations. Students are not only trained in clinical exam methods and cutting-edge science, but also are taught to understand the socio-cultural complexities and influences that affect the health of individuals.

Annual gifts help set Emory apart by supporting a curriculum that provides medical students with a small-group learning environment. Our students are paired with a faculty leader and remain in this small group throughout their medical education, allowing them to build the peer-to-peer communication and problem-solving skills that are critically needed for successful professional careers.

With ongoing support from annual donors, Emory’s medical school can continue to evolve as a leader in training the very best physicians.

Sincerely,
